Red Day

Breakfast
Bacon & Egg sandwich. 3 WW brown danish (b).

Lunch
Bacon, pork steak, 2 WW sausages (1), egg. 1 tbsp ketchup (1)

Starving so Snack
2 weetabix (b) and Milk (a)

Dinner
Roast chicken, 197g Potatoes (6), carrots, caulifower, carrots, pepper and green beans. 5 tsp gravy granuals (2.5)

Snacks
2 muller lights
Options Hot choc (2)
Bacon, egg, onion
Apples, pineapple.

I really struggled this evening, constantly on look out for food, thank goodness its over.

Jacket potatoe, beans and 42g LF cheese (a)

Scan Bran cake (b) plus 1 hot choc options (2), eggs & sweetener.
4 ryvita, 3 tesco half fat cheese triangles (4.5). apple

Feeling pretty good and postive today - bought a size 14 bikini and maxi skirt today for my holiday next week !! (only wear a bikini on holiday)

Apples, pudding rice, milk (rest of A)

Today went a bit / very wrong. Slept for an hour max. done something to my foot and couldnt sleep as it was throbbing all night.

Could barely walk today and really didnt feel like eating at all till very later - then made up for it. Will write it all done anway.

Extra Easy

2pm, made:-
2 x WW sauages (1), bacon, pork steak, fried eggs and mushrooms.
(just ate half fried egg, 2 mushrooms and half bacon slice)

Dinner
Scampi, chips and tartare sauce from chip shop.

2 packs of mini choc animals, 2 packs of mini jamie dodgers. 2 Tesco type jamie dodgers. Half large bar dairy milk. 1/4 large pack of tesco type frazzles.

Hi Donnajt sorry just got back off hols, will look back in a bit about the cobbler. x

Well got back from 10 days in Menorca yesterday afternoon - put on 2 pounds - is that all i thought!!! I was convinced i had put on 7- 10 pounds - so very pleased with that. Daily diet consisted of bread, butter, mayo, ham, cheese, cheese puffs, fairy cakes, ice cream and chips. Couldnt get veg unless i wanted to pay 20 euro a head and not a jacket potatoe in sight. Managed to get a bit of fruit - bit fussy with fruit it has to be perfect.

Last night ordered a curry, but dissapointly couldnt eat it all!! So anyway back to healthy eating today as my shopping arrived with loads lovely fruit, veggies, pasta, rice etc.

Hello again Donnajt

Cobbler - i dont really do anything exciting to it at all - just wrap it in tin foil and put in oven for 20 minutes. I really like this fish - was a bit dubious at first as never had it and it being a cheap fish an all, but its yummy. Havent tried the smoked cobbler yet.

or

Mix 42g LF cheese with shreaded tinned crab, put on top of cobbler and wrap in tin foil and cook for 20 minutes.

I cook all my food for 20 minutes regardless of what it is - bit of a joke in this house.

2lbs is nothing for 10 days holiday!! I was also in Spain and was convinced I had gained more than what I did ( 3lbs). Good to see you jumped back on the wagon again :)
