Im a newbie on cambridge diet :)

I'm back on the CD too. I was a member her years ago but no idea what my name was or anythingand it was in 2009 anyway I dropped from a size 20 to a 12 then found out i was pregnant, major surprise, so needed to just stop, sadly we lost the baby but we decided we wanted to try for a baby so we did, det went right out wndow weight crept up then i was pregnant again and now that baby was 2 last week and I am the heaviest eer at almost 20 stones. Today is day 1.. target weight is probably around 11st/size 12/able to zip up calf boots. I am saving for the tummy tuck :)

Well i got weighed yesterday and ive put 1lb on :( So after talking to my CDC I've decided to come off the CD for a couple of weeks and give myself a break. Then try again and hopefully shift this last 5lbs. Really disappointed that I can't reach my goal, even if it is 'only 5lbs' as my CDC says. I hope everyone's had a successful week
 
Hey everyone...so having not been doing the diet as strict as i was i hadnt seen my CDC for over 4 weeks maybe... I thought enough is enough i need to get to goal and im half way there, so i called her i was dreading standing on the scales...but actually shocked myself that id somehow managed to still lose even though i hadnt been mega strict with myself...really happy...but this first week back on is a killer i want to eat everything in sight im soook hungry and im battling with myself because i know how amazing ill feel once i reach goal! Hope everyone else is doing well :) xx
 
Hi everyone, I hope you're all doing well. I've been off the CD for almost 2 weeks now. Last week on my scales I'd lost 3lbs and this morning I'm still 3lb lighter than I was when last got weighed by my CDC, so it seems having some time off the diet has helped. Question is do I go back to the CD next week? I feel like I'm able to keep my weight steady on my own, but I do I still want to get below 10st. Any advice girls? X

Hiya have lost almost 5 and a half stone now :) yep I had a little bit of a break back on it though this week thought I may have put on but I hadn't I still managed to lose a pound even with havin a break :) my attitude to food now is completely different. Gettin weighed monday sneakily weighed myself this morn and have managed to lose 3lb already :) x
