im new to slimming world. CONFUSED

:confused:im new to slimming world only started saturday I was looking through the books.
Im on extra easy atm. I been reading up about the red (original) plan and as far as ive read the only difference between red day and extra easy is that on red u cant have rice pasta and grains or starchy veg and pulses? is that the only difference?
I know that the syns may be different to EE and the A &B choices increase.
i used to be on more low carb stuff because i gain more weight through carbs usually. im just wondering if it would be better for me to do the red one instead but i don't understand it fully yet. any advise would be much appreciated
 
I don't know much about slimming world, but I think there's a whole section for it.. I'm sure you could get all the help and advice you need there =)
 
I think red is like your plate has to be 2/3 super free and 1/3 fee whereas EE is 1/3 super free and 2/3 free. If that makes sense? And all syns are usually a bit higher on red :) x
