Just been calculated the weeks I’ve been on slimming world which is 7 this time. I have lost half a stone in this time which I’ve felt a little disappointed about but I have one cheat meal per week without calculating any syns or alcohol and I only have another 7lbs to loose to be at my goal of 9 stone 10lb. Even if it’s another 7 weeks this is actually pretty good 😃😃
