Right after days of reading about this pud I'm finally going to make one :) I'm going to attempt to make it look professional with the sliced banana as in the photo above so wish me luck :)

Good luck!

Let us know how it goes, I'm planning on trying it tomorrow when I get eggs.

Well I'm impressed! It is definitely a great chocolate fix but next time ill cook it for a little less time. I did 50 secs in my 850w microwave but it was a little tough. Looked ok though....

Made this with a mint options, shared with mother in law. Taste was nice, but texture a little rubbery. I will try it for a little less time next time.

I didnt like this at all and I eat most things... it reminded me of the omelettes you get on an aeroplane but chocolate flavour.

To the people who find this rubbery and eggy they use an egg that's too large if you use large egg then you need to use more options pdr then you get a dry nice cake!

Shared this idea with my group last night. I have never seen so many people turn round so fast to look at mme when I said "chocolate cake 2 syns" haha

It is best (IMO) with a small egg and one of those indulgent sachets (3 syns) - much more cake like and less chocolate omelette! :D

Just tried this and tasted really good. Cooked mine for 50secs in 800w microwave and it was a little tough, so next time will try for slightly less time or maybe I should whisk the mixture up a little better coz it did a have an an overcooked 'eggy' consistency. Will DEF try again though :) Thanks X

I didnt like this.. i think it was the whole scrambled egg texture it reminded me of that

Have been making this for months got it too a lovely cake texture make sure you use a small egg otherwise you need more pdr and whisk well with fork and will work all the time( after you've mastered with small egg you'll know the texture needed before cooking if egg is too big then you just add more but increase Syns accordingly!)

Oh may have to try this in a min lol x

I havent made this yet... but did make a cold chocolate pudding.... Quark with 1 option (belgian choc) mixed together, on top was one sliced banana and a dribble of chocolate sauce... that was between two of us so the Syn wasnt really worth counting I think... probably about 1 or 1.5..
