Breakfast: shreddies, milk and banana (a and b)


Lunch: fruit salad

Snacks: 2 apples

Dinner: baked potato, spag hoops, veg and hea 2of cheese

Might have toast later, we'll see. Haven't had a syn since Sunday..so hopefully I've repaired the damage

Having a panic about next week, obv I'm out sat and have accounted for that but the school I'm working in are having a staff Christmas dinner on tues in the canteen and ill look really strange if I don't go...I already avoid the staff room at lunch so have to go to this but can hardly have a packed lunch an dont want the dinner! Help!

Why not have the turkey & veg with no gravy & have it as a Red day, or a plate of veg & boiled pots as a Green day, or a mix of both as an EE day. At least then you wont look out of place eating your packed lunch. If its a self service canteen all the better as you can pick what you want.
 
See it'll be a plated dinner and will be veg soup and then turkey dinner. I know I can avoid the potatoes but gravy and the soup are worrying me as I won't know what's in them agh! Wouldn't be a prob if I wasn't out on sat. I fully resent that I have to go lol but I appreciate your advice and shall try to follow where possible.
 
I'd just have it Jenna, if you stick to 5 syns the rest of the week expect for on Sat then I'm sure you'll still be fine. I might have school Christmas dinner on Tuesday as well (no idea if we do or not yet as none of us know if the school are going to provide it haha) but I'm just not going to worry about it.

You could ask for no soup, just say you don't like it and then have the turkey dinner?
 
Thank you, really pleased obv it won't stay like that long as I'm out tonight for a 3 course meal and drinks but I'm trying to tell myself I'm not being greedy or gorging as lots of people do it at this time of year.

Breakfast: the usual (a and b)

Lunch: 2 Linda McCartney red onion sausages and spaghetti hoops

Dinner: 3 course meal and lots of drinks! Syns......impossible to tally!

Oh how I miss that feeling Jenna........NOT lol! Im sure it was all worth it, but its those nasty hangover munchies that are sooooo bad lol!
 
Finished work today yaaaay!
Only problem, the kids brought me pressies including lots of choccies...do their parents not know that I am trying to fight the flab? haha!

2 x wholemeal bread (b2), cheese (a2) and vegetable soup.

Dinner
Baked potato, spaghetti hoops and vegetables.

VERY High syns today...none tomorrow to balance it out. Not going to stress. :)

I took some malteser buns (my absolute FAVOURITE things in the world) to work for the staff to say thank you for their help over the past 6 weeks...I took 46 but there's 4 left and they're in the fridge. I WILL NOT GIVE IN. Thinking of freezing one to have as my dessert on Christmas day.
