Joining the gym? Scared of not seeing the lbs drops?

Going for a run or having an energetic swim wont see you lose pounds on the scale, but repetition of this will!

I like this. It's how I fail I go a few times can't see weight being left behind at the gym n think why bother so I've saved it to remind me each day does count just like one take away now and then won't put a stone on but regular take always will
