Right, I started on Saturday. Excellent first DD of 470 cals.
On Sunday morning had dropped 1lb-that was my first UP day.
Had another good DD yesterday with 466 calories, and I've ran 4 miles each day.
Yet today I've not only not lost anything but I've re-gained the 1lb.
Sooo down, I really though this was the diet for me. How can I possibly allow myself to be UP today. Has anyone else started off sooo badle, I'm so disappointed.
