So I joined Slimming World a couple of weeks ago and lost 6.5lbs on my first week - Verrrry happy!
But I was unable to make my second weigh in as I'd already booked a client - I've struggled since then so I'm hoping this will keep me on the straight and narrow
Breakfast -
2 wholemeal bread HEXB
40g lf cheese HEXA
Onion
Tomato
Banana
Lunch -
Jacket spud
tuna
Cucumber
Onion
Pepper
Tomatoes
FF Fromage frais
4 tbs extra light may 2SYNS
Dinner -
Pork chop (fat removed)
Potato
Carrots
Green beans
Snacks -
Cherries
45 minutes aquafit done too
Any advice welcome!
