Thank you I guess it's pretty good - lots of food yesterday (sodium intake was probably high and I have had weekend treats and s night out this week)

Thank you, it's nice to know that people are inspired by my meal choices. I'm on ********* and use that all the time to look for new recipes or ideas!

Friday

Tried a filling and healthy day today. Loved it!!

Breakfast: wholemeal toast, butter, dippy boiled eggs. Strawberries. (1)

Lunch: half a banana. Ham egg cups, crumpet, butter. (1)

Dinner: petits pain x2, fat free sausages, ketchup, sweet potato wedges, salad using oil allowance as dressing. (3)

Pudding: strawberries, choc shot, alpen light. (2)

Activity: walk through town buying birthday supplies.

Activity points: 6

Weekend has been good so far! I ate loads of popcorn last night though and wasted 10 points! I've got birthday cake today too!!

Saturday

Breakfast: crumpets dry fried in egg, strawberries and sweet freedom syrup.

Lunch: tuna, mayo and sweetcorn wraps. (1 point)

Dinner: weight watchers pitta, chicken, salad and fat free yogurt.

Snack: popcorn (10)

No exercise today.
