Breakfsat: Red grapefruit, banana and magic porridge (forest fruits) and fat free natural yogurt.
HExB:35g porridge oats
 
Dinner out: harvester salad for starters (4 for bacon bits) and chicken (skin off) rice and chilli ginger annd spring onion sauce (3)
 
No takeaway on way home after a night out- a banana and seafood sticks to curb the temptation and straight to bed!

Breakfast: omlette (2xeggs, 2 tomatoes and HExA 40g light cheddar)

2x aldi light cereal bars and a peach
 
31/8/14
Breakfast: 3x bacon (fat off) tomatoes, mushrooms, 2xeggs
HExB: 60g wholemeal bread
15g boursin (3)

Dinner: mixed grill- gammon, steak, pork n lamb chop (fat off both) peas and plain spud.

Tea: bacon and veg soup
Sw wedges

HExA: 40g lowlow cheddar
 
1/9/14 Lunch: 1/2 spitroast chicken (skin off) Rice and salad Ginger and spring onion sauce (3) and low fat vinagrette (1.5) Pepsi- friend accidently gave me pepsi not realising from the machine looked online and it looks like 8 syns for half pint

Tea: gammon (fat off) butternut squash chips and mushrooms
