I will do lovely!! In terms of how bad I've been recently I've had a fab week, one day of flexi synning at 9 over is 1 million times better than I have been, so really hoping I get a loss, but have a feeling it may only be a small one - luckily I'm finally back in the plodding on frame of mind, so know to just keep at it next week and the week after etc! How do you think you've done this week Fran?

Today's food plan:-
B- choc orange hifi, apple.
L- chicken salad, light mayo (1 SYN)
D- chilli con carne (1 SYN) tomatoes, passata, onions, 3 peppers, chillis, rice/SW chips.

Mars bar ice cream - 7 SYNS.

Hmmm well I lost 1/2lb at weigh in last night, and was slightly disappointed, BUT I know it's mainly due to the undeserved loss last week, AND I've lost 2 weeks in a row for the first time in a very long time - so I'm pleased about that!

Gonna stick with it and see if I can lose a bit more this week, although I am planning on keeping up the insanity workouts at least every other day so will need to make sure I am drinking plenty of water every day to try and prevent as much retention!

Anyway, today's food:-
B- choc orange hifi (HEX B1) apple
L- 2x wholemeal (HEX B2) baked beans, apple.
D- veg fingers x 4 (10 syns) BBQ sauce (1 SYN) sw chips,

11 planned syns.

Are those veg fingers nice?

Laura, if you look at monthly average it'll give you a better overview I think. 2 losses in a row is great :) now let's make it three :) I'd also take into account the increase in exercise. When I started running I put on 1.5lbs. I was so upset.

This happened to me too!

Ended the day on 19.5 yesterday, which im happy with, and still in control, which is what I need. After our Chinese OH got me a mars ice cream out if the freezer and I said no thank you and got him to put it back! Quite the NSV for me, especially because recently even one slightly off plan meal has meant me thinking 'sod it' and eating everything in sight!

I also have NO food guilt about the Chinese meal because a) It was DELICIOUS!! and b) we both really fancied it!

Tonight I am going to mam and dads for Indian takeaway (had I known this I wouldn't have had the Chinese haha!) but I am planning on having tandoori chicken and salad (5 SYNS max??) and a little yogurt dip (4 SYNS??)

Today's food:-
B- hifi choc orange (HEX B) fruit.
L- jacket, baked beans &fruit to follow.
D- tandoori chicken 5 SYNS, salad, yogurt dip (4 SYNS)

Will probably try to leave it there for today to even out last nights 4.5 syns over! And I NEED to drink more water as my scales are refusing to budge second week in a row, although I've not done any more insanity so don't think it could be that!?

Made the sticky 5 spice gammon, but really didnt like it :-( ate all the veg and a few noodles, think I will make some SW chips in a bit...turn to a green day (only had a tiny bite of gammon!) and save some syns :)

D- Green beans, noodles and stir fry veg (from disliked dinner!) SW chips, BBQ sauce (1 syn)

23.5 syns for the week so far, 3 days in :) feeling so good to be back in control of myself!

Not sure for defs about breakfast or lunch tomorrow, but tea is tesco finest sirloin steaks, with potato and carrot chips in the actifry, and green beans. Yum!!
The sirloin is a bit of a peace offering with oh after a bit of a bickery week haha!!

Hi everyone :) first week on plan in a while done...and I lost 2.5lbs!!! So pleased and head well and truly back in the game :) aiming for 3lbs this week to get back towards my lowest weight...but would honestly be happy to lose half of that - want to lose between 1/1.5lbs a week until I potentially go on holiday mid-August!! Eek! Enjoying the plan again feels good! Xxx

B- bacon, cheese & onion toastie. Apple.
L- veg soup.
D- takeaway or tea out (on plan!) before cinema date!
