Day 1 - 6th July 2012


Breakfast - 2 pieces of toast (HEX B)
Coffee with milk (HEX A)
Syns 2 - 2 sugars
4 - marg


Note to self: Maybe dont have toast for breakfast as marg uses up to many syns. Also remember 1/3 superfoods!!!!


Lunch - 2 Poached Eggs, 2 bacon, beans and chopped toms.
Diet lemonade
Syns - NONE


1/3 of the plate was chopped toms not sure if this counts as 1/3 superfree????


Dinner - Jacket potato with tuna mayo.
Broccoli and carrots veg mix.
Syns 6 - 2 tbsp light mayo.:eek:


Note to self: Invest in some extra light mayo.
Note to everyone: Birds eye Field fresh veg that you microwave is horrible will not be having that again.:mad:


Supper/snack - Muller light yogurt and handfull of cherries.


Total Syns 12


After doing slimming world orginally a couple of years ago the 1/3 superfree food on a plate is taking some getting used to but I m getting there. On the plus side I love the extra easy.
 
Day 2 - 7th July 2012


Going to a BBQ tonight so gonna do my best not to over syn to much. I ll start the day syn free so I can eat something at the BBQ.


Breakfast - Hand full of grapes.
Muller light yogurt
Coffee with Milk (HEX A) with sweetner.
Syns - NONE


Lunch - 2 bacon, beans, 1 small onion and chopped toms 2 eggs.
Diet Lemonade
Half an apple (shared with little one)


Snack - Dairy Milk - 5.5 syns


Just been invited to pizza hut tomorrow hopefully I can be good and have pasta and just dribble at the pizza and puddings.


Dinner - BBQ + Drinks
Really couldnt tell how many syns I had but I had a good night :) :eek:
 
Day 3 - 8th July 2012


I have a little hangover!!! So today I m going to pizza hut as I know I wont be able to not have pizza I m having a day off but I will write what I eat till then so I m kinda in control if thats possible? Will still weigh in Friday as that will be the day I started even if I ve had a bad 2 days the weight loss or gain will show these to bad days. This happens to me everytime I decide to start back on my diet and be really good, I suddenly become really popular and get invited out lol.


Breakfast - 2 pieces of toast (HEX B) butter and jam.
Coffee with Milk (HEX A) and 2 sugars
Syns 2 - sugar

Lunch - Pizza hut
I m not going to count the syns, I m just going to enjoy it.


Dinner - Some walkers sensations in my hungover state.
Actually looking forward to Monday and not feeling quite so stuffed.
 
Day 4 - 9th July 2012


Breakfast - 1 Apple
Coffee with milk (HEX A) and 2 sugar
Syns 2 - sugar


Lunch - Ham sandwich using 2 piece of bread no butter (HEX B) with lettuce and cucumber.
Side of beetroot and pickled onions.
Packet of French fries - syns - 4
Diet Lemonade


Dinner - Spag Bol (contains onion and chopped toms) with (spaghetti)
Roasted red pepper and baby carrots.
Kitkat - 5.5 syns


I m feeling like I need more chocolate so i m gonna have nesquik hot chocolate made with water not milk - 3 syns for 1 tbsp.



Syns Total - 14.5

Day 5 - 10th July 2012


Going for a run with the dog once I ve dropped lo off at nursery if its raining then I ll be hitting the gym.


Breakfast - Banana
Coffee 1 sugar and milk (dash of hex A)
Syns 1 - sugar


Bottle of water at the gym.


Lunch - Left over spag bol and roasted veg from last night.

After the lunch I pigged out on 2 Kitkats - syns 11 and a packet of french fries - 4. Very much needed after the gym session I had lol. All my syns used but just realised I havent had hex B so if I get peckish later (normally crave stuff once little one is in bed and I m watching telly) I can have some weetabix with milk (hex A) and sweetner. Sorted.


Walked into town this afternoon normally would take 25 mins but with my little one with me it took 1 hour so alot of excerise today.


Dinner - Cottage pie but with pasta not potato, remember I ve had my syns and mash potato needs better so having pasta instead. (contains onions peas and carrots) with cabbage and sprouts.


Syns - 15 total
 
Day 6 - 11th July 2012


Breakfast - Banana
2 x coffee with Milk (hex A) and sweetener.
Diet coke


Lunch - Happy Meal from McDonalds with diet coke


Took my friend up the hospital so not a good day, on way home she got mcdonalds, I was so hungry I just got a cheese burger happy meal with a diet coke. No more syns for me today.


Dinner - Banana to try and get my 1/3 in before I ate.
Egg, tinned spaghetti and chopped toms on toast no marg.


Diet Lemonade.

Day 7 - 12th July 2012 - Green day.

Breakfast - Banana
Coffee with milk (hex A) and 1 sugar - 1 syn
Water


Lunch - Two pieces of toast no marg (hex B)
Tinned spaghetti and chopped toms.
French Fries - 4 syns
Gaint buttons (happy shopper not cadburys) - 25g - 6.5 syns


Coffee with milk (hex A) and 1 sugar - 1 syn


Gonna have to find some inspiration for dinner because I forgot to get the meat out the freezer.


Dinner - Egg noodles with chicken oxo cube added tomato puree, paprika and touch of tabasco (seen a thread to make your own pot noodle so thought I would give it a go,
served with a roasted pepper.




Syns 12.5 - maybe a little more as had a few of my little ones wotsits.


Moment of truth tomorrow!!!!
 
Week 2 - Day 1 - 13th July 2012


Weighing day - 3.4lb lost


Breakfast - Banana
Coffee milk (hex A) and sweetener.

Lunch - Apple
Egg Mayo sandwich with lettuce


Coffee x 2 with milk and 1 sugar in each.


Dinner - Pasta with home made vegetable sauce (contains tomatoes, courgettes, onion and sweetcorn)
Home made rurbarb and gooseberry crumble (worked out the amount of sugar in the whole thing would and the amount I had was 6 syns)


Half a small glass of wine with soda water and a wkd purple not sure on syns.






Away the weekend so will try my best to keep to the diet. The people I m visiting are vegetarian so most meals will be ok. But I m going out for a meal on the saturday so that may be a problem. Will try to keep diary updated whilst I m away.
 
Day 2 - 14th July 2012

Day off as friends birthday and already had bad things will resume Sunday:break_diet:.
 
Day 4 - 16th July 2012 - GREEN DAY


Breakfast - Weetabix with milk (hex A) and 1 sugar
Coffee with milk (hex A) and 1 sugar.
Syns = 2


Lunch - Eggy Bread (hex B) with tomamto sauce 1 tbsp
Coffee with milk (hex A) and 2 sugars.
Syns = 3


Snack - Coffee with milk (hex A) and 1 sugar.

Dinner - Rice Fusions mediterranean Vegetable.
Half a Honey dew melon

Snacks - 1 Tesco assorted icelolly
Tea with milk (hex A) with 1 sugar.

Need to go shopping running out of fruit and veg. Thats never happened before lol.
 
Day 5 - 17th July 2012


Breakfast - Quater of a melon
2 pieces of bread with tbsp of jam
Coffee with milk (hex A) with 1 sugar

Lunch - Tomato mug shot

Half a milkyway crispy roll - 3 ayns

Dinner - Beef stir fry - contains beef, egg noodles, onion, red pepper and orange pepper, soy sauce.
Homemade coleslaw made with cabbage, red onion, carrot, fat free fromaise fraiye and musturd power.
1 Jaffa cake - 2
flump - 1.5

Syns total = 15

Coleslaw was ok but made up more for tomorrow and added light mayo. So for tomorrow I have worked out that 1/5th of it will have 2 syns.
 
Day 6 - 18th July 2012


Breakfast - coffee with milk (hex A) with 1 sugar - 1 syn
1 apple


Snacks - Space raiders - 3 syns
Timeout 16g - 8.5


Very bad day today started off great with breakfast, then went to see my friend. Did a little bit of work in the back garden and then had a chip shop tea, chips and fish cake and all the sauces!!!!!!
Heres to hoping it dont affect my weigh in friday. Fingers crossed.

Lunch - Went over my mates and ended up eating coco pops with no milk for lunch. Random I know and naughty.:sigh:


Dinner - No to bad a dinner considering I was at my mates and we normally get take away. We had chicken with new potatoes, salad and egg.:) I joined in and had some full
fat mayo with mine oops.:eek:

I was good for breakfast not sure if it will help but after 1 I am off the diet until sunday when I will be on it like sonic lol.


I m off to a kids party at 1 where their will be party food and then I m child free this evening so will be having a drink with friends and fingers crossed might be going into town.
