Lets see if a diary for all to see will help me be good :-) (Mostly extra easy days)

Starting again as had a bad week but dairy won't resume til Monday as I m not about the weekend.
 
Diary is now closed lol. Joined slimming world group and don't have the time or patients to fill in to diaries. Maybe resume once I m at my target to keep me in the right path x
 
Back again after a year lets see if I can finish at target this time.

Day 1 GREEN DAY

Breakfast
melon and coffee x2 with milk 1 sugar in each.
Syns - sugar 2

Ham sandwich (hexb) with mayo and mustard
Plum for after
Syns - mayo 2
- mustard 0.5


Cuppa coffee with milk and 1sugar



Dinner
Egg, sw wedges and random chucked in onion wedges with plum tomatoes.
Syns - mayo 5 (full fat mayo = lots of syns)
Will have fruit for pudding melon or satsumas.

Cuppa tea with milk and 1 sugar

Before bed hot chocolate using cocoa power which is 33 cals per 10g so almost 2 syns plus 1 sugar.

Fat free super noodles
Cucumber, beetroot and pickles on the side.
Cuppa tea with milk 1 sugar


Dinner
Sw sweet and sour beef contains
Red pepper, onion and pineapple
Served with egg noodles
2 syns per portion
Cuppa tea with milk 1 sugar

5 chocolate fingers at 1.5 per finger :)

Melon and another cuppa tea with milk 1 sugar Before bed. :)

Bread stick - 1 syn

Lunch
Shreddies with milk sprinkle of sugar Half jammie wagon wheel share with little one. - 4.5
Satsuma

Dinner
Forgot to get meat out the freezer so had vegetable casserole.
Potatoes, carrots, swede, parsnip, onions, chopped tomatoes and chickpeas.
I had two pieces of bread to soak up the juices.

(Then had a naughty jaffa cake binge 5 to be exact and then felt sick lol)

Glass of milk before bed.

Will a tempt to have 7 less syns durying the week to make up for this but not promising anything :)
