After a week or 2 of following the slimming world plan from home and 'tweaking' - ok the proper term is cheating myself, Im going to hold myself accountable with a food diary.
Hopefully all written down it will also be my conscience and I wont cheat myself anymore. Food diary will be starting tomorrow as today was a lost cause from about lunchtime.
I started on 4th January weighing 12st 7.5lb and have gone down to 11st 12.5lb - how? I have no real idea as I have loosely followed the plan whilst kidding myself I am doing it properly. I know how to do it after having previously lost weight following mainly green days - so this is my way forward
