Good that you find it easy to stick to. I think I will find it fine on a day to day basis. I always seem to struggle in social situations (I know it sounds bad but for me a big part of the enjoyment is the food & drink & if I'm 'good' when I'm out I tend to feel deprived) & also struggle when I'm stressed (tendency to binge eat, grr!!!)

I'm the same. It's my boyfriends birthday this weekend and then our anniversary the week after. Going to be a hard couple of weeks. I'm
Just going to try and stick 100% everyday and if I have a FLEXI day it won't harm as much. The thing is with me I can't stop at 1 biscuit :/

The thing that trips me up is alcohol, lol. A night out without it just isn't the same, & I also get hungrier / greedier after a few drinks - the cravings are never for SW-friendly foods unfortunately :(

Er, how do I get a link to my diary?? Not got a home computer, so am only ever on here on my phone so not gteat as using all the features! Diary is on the main SW food diaries forum though (all 3 days of it, lol.
