Just read your diary. Well done on your losses so far - really seems to be working for you. And has given me some good food ideas! (I've just started, so looking for inspiration)

Good that you find it easy to stick to. I think I will find it fine on a day to day basis. I always seem to struggle in social situations (I know it sounds bad but for me a big part of the enjoyment is the food & drink & if I'm 'good' when I'm out I tend to feel deprived) & also struggle when I'm stressed (tendency to binge eat, grr!!!)
