Loobieluck's food diary...first day on the plan =S

Day 4

Hmmm, today I've not felt really well so not eaten so much...had my syns though, hehe!!

Breakfast:-

28g porridge oats,
350ml skimmed milk (getting a bit bored of this mix, lol),
Banana.

Lunch:-

Cottage pie - made with extra lean beef mince, mashed potato and mashed sweet potato, onions and worcester sauce. Was a bit bland really, but this is tomorrows lunch too, hehe.

Tea:-

Simple mugshot =]

Snacks:-

Banana,
1/2 melon,
Apple,
Mixed berries,
Options hot choc (2 syns),
Salt and Vinegar Snackajacks (5.5 syns),
Mini Milk (1.5 syns),
Cadburys Light Chocolate Mousse (3.5 syns)
Total syns = 12.5

Bit of a boring day (sorry if you stumble across my diary looking for a little inspiration...wont be any until I've been shopping on Tuesday unfortunately). Hope everyone is okay.

Day 5

Well I've had a bit of a busy(ish) day today, and made a trip to Iceland with some loose change I mustered in one of my bags...resulting in some food for tea!!! Got my first WI tomorrow, would say I'm hoping for a 4lb loss, however if my past weigh-ins are anything to go by I'll probably be lucky if I lose 2lbs... it's the weeks after my first weigh in I start to drop the lbs! We shall see!

Breakfast:-

28g porridge oats (healthy extra 'b'),
350ml skimmed milk (healthy extra 'a'),
Mixed berries,
Banana,
Cup of tea with 2 x sweetener (and used some of the milk allowance).

Lunch:-

I had yesterdays tea..which was a cottage pie made out of:-
Extra lean mince beef,
Potato,
Sweet potato,
Tomatoes,
Onion, and
Garlic.

Tea:-

Gammon Round,
Slimming World Chips (potatoes and fry-light with some salt seasoning),
Egg,
Peas and
Sweetcorn.

Snacks:-

Snackajacks (5.5 syns),
2 x Mini Milks (3 syns (1.5 syns each),
Cadburys Light Chocolate Mousse (3.5 syns),
Pineapple chunks.

So quite a good day really, no idea what I'm going to eat before my weigh in tomorrow though =S I shall probably have a decent breakfast and not much for lunch and weight to have my tea after my WI. Good luck for people getting weighed tomorrow.

Day 6 I am going to write off due to the fact I handed my food diary in to my consultant to check over and, 2 days later, I can't remember for the life of me what I had!!

Day 7

Breakfast:-

Diet Irish Yogurt and a banana
350ml of skimmed milk

Lunch/tea:-

Slept in until 14:00pm so only had time to fit in one main meal.

SW KFC style chicken with corn on the cob and baked beans. (using the 2 slices of w/meal bread as my HEX 'B').

Snacks:-

Salt and Vinegar Snackajacks (5.5 syns),
Piece of the home-made giant jaffa cake (5 syns)

Total syns = 10.5


Day 8

Breakfast:-

Diet Irish Yogurt with banana
2 x Ryvita (HEX B)
350ml skimmed milk

Lunch:-

1/4 Nando's chicken (6 syns),
Spicy rice,
Corn on the cob,
Fat free frozen yogurt.

Tea:-

Salmon,
Sweet potato,
Mixed vege and
sweetcorn.

Snacks:-

Options Hot Choc (2 syns).

Total syns = 8
