I just had my 1st weigh in yesterday, have got 5 stone to lose, 7lb at a time was my intial goal, doing that every month sounds like a great plan, I could do that!!! Could I join you all from the month of febuary?
I'm weighing in at home, I live in spain and there are no classes over here but have the books from last time I done it, I'm originally from edinburgh.
My weigh in day is a saturday, then if I have a bad weekend (but not going to lol) but IF I do then got all week to make up for it!
Got my determined head on, 2011 is going to be the year I get rid of the flab!!
