Monday

B - 2 x Choc Weetabix (HEX) with banana and skimmed milk (0.5 HEX)
L - Spinach Canneloni (0.5 HEX)
D - Ham, egg and chips with bean (oops, I missed my third super free here..) ketchup (2 syns)


Tuesday
B - Muller light and bananaL - Spinach Canneloni (0.5 HEX)
L - Spinach Canneloni (0.5 HEX)
D - Ham omelette, chips (again, oops) and salad with light salad cream (2 syns)

S - 2 x Alpen light bars (HEX), mini Curly Wurly (3 syns) and mini Crunchie (4 syns), milk in coffee (0.5 HEX)
 
Hello! I'm resurrecting this thread as I'm resurrecting my committed dieting self! Totally gone off the rails and need some structure to get back on track, keeping a record here really helps me, so here I go...

Monday
B - Strawberries and raspberries with yoghurt
L - Pasta salad with tuna, peppers, onions, tomatoes and balsamic vinegar
D - Cauliflower 'rice' with chicken, peppers, mushrooms, soy sauce

S - 2 x Mini Aldi 'Cornetto' (6 syns)

Here are the last few days, the coleslaw is made with shredded cabbage, carrots, red onion, chopped chives and yoghurt as the dressing.

Tuesday

B - 2 x Weetabix (HEX) and milk (HEX) with strawberries
L - Chicken salad with pasta
D - Chicken with coleslaw and potato wedges. Ketchup (1.5 syns)

S - Banana, 2 x Aldi Mini Cornettos (6 Syns)


Wednesday

B - Weetabix (HEX) and milk (HEX) with strawberries
L - Chicken and coleslaw
D - (I was working in London and a bit disorganised!) Miso soup with veg, a mouthful of cake (3 syns?!) and a bake of Walkers bakes (5 syns) glass of prosecco (5 syns)

S - Cherries, 1 x Aldi Mini Cornetto (3 syns)


Thursday
B - Weetabix (HEX) and milk (HEX) with banana
L - Salad with couscous and feta cheese (4 syns)
D - Restaurant caesar salad (approx 10 syns with dressing?) gin (2.5 syns)

S - 1 x Aldi Mini Cornetto

Saturday
B - Mango and yoghurt with seeds (HEX)
L - Mushroom, pea and bacon pasta with cheese triangle (HEX)
D - Roasted cod, with roasted sweet potato wedges, courgettes and tomatoes.

S - Mini cornetto (3 syns)

Sunday
B - Scrambled Eggs on Toast (HEX) with pancetta (1 syn)
D - Pork tenderloin with pancetta, lemon and sage, new potatoes and veg skewers (butter on potatoes - 2 syns)

S - Chocolate nibbling and mini cheddars (OOPS - approximately 1 million syns)


Really had a lot of nibbling yesterday, helping to get me through potty training :eek: but hurrah, 5lb of today!!
