I have been on the CD for 6 weeks and I have lost 1st 6lbs so far. I have done the CD many times before and lost pretty quickly but couldn't keep it off because I wasn't eating the right foods. I decided to start on step 3 this time, but I wasn't optimistic... but I must say I am happy with the weight I am losing and more importantly I can eat . I am learning how to eat right. I definitely recommend it for people who struggle to stay on SS. Is anyone else on step 3?
