Losingit's losing it journey

I had to eat lunch out today (grrrrrrrr!) as i was out with my friend and she was hungry and it was lunch time. I ate a 400 calorie meal, as low carb as i could make it. Am going to have 3 packs and make it a 3 packs + meal day. Frustrating as i was really in the zone today but nevermind it's still under control.
 
You are going great guns, losingit - and that's a brilliant short term aim, it's awful asking for a belt extension - especially because every time they make you wait until you're virtually taking off before they bring it to you!
