M & S Count on us desserts

Hi,

Please could someone tell me how many syns in a M & S Count on us skinny chocolate frappe?

Also if anyone knows how many syns are in a count on us muffin dessert that would be helpful I was eyeing them up in the supermarket and they looked yum!
