Yeah had it with chicken. Added a smidge of light soy sauce just at the end to loosen it off a touch - not even half a tsp? But it was lush. This is a new firm favourite xx

Thank u for fab recipe, this is now our official favourite meal, made S&P Chicken and served on a bed of SW chips, but will def make with noodles as its a lot like Singapore Fried Noodles from the chinese takeaway!

That is a great idea!

Will taste amazing with noodles

I made this today with rice and salad

Added this to my menu for next week, buying ingredients tomorrow - OH LOVES Salt and Pepper chips from Chinese - so hoping this will stop him from buying them and tempting me!

This sounds amazingly like the ones that you get from the Chinese. Will try these and do slimming world chips and add the sauce. Thanks VERY much! :)

I always cut my chips/wedges (mostly wedges and I leave the skins on) put in a bowl, micro for 4-5 mins then chuck in a baking tray with fry light and salt and they always come out fab and they are more or less cooked in the middle so just whack them up to crisp and the salt helps with that :)

Thanks for the tip, not made these in a long time and you reminded me how to make them. Saves the next question ;)
What temperature do you put them in at?

Just made this and added some tiny button mushrooms and some cherry tomatoes to make it a complete dish. It was lovely. Thanks! My chips weren't ready and I was hungry....so I couldn't wait hence the additions. I forgot they take much longer than the recipe states. :( Thanks again!

think you will like it then - chip wise they taste the same although better cause not greasy :)

I made this again tonight but used a red pepper instead, added broccoli, button mushrooms, baby plum tomatoes and 1 tsp of Chinese 5 spice. I used half of one large green chilli and 2 red birds eye ones. Served it with a jacket potato. It was very spicy but lovely!

Tried this last night and it was so nice I made it for my tea again 2night :) bulked it out a little bit by adding mushroom's sweet peas and noodles, delish!
