Only for things that dont include any Free food (ie dont include any fruit & Veg, meat, potatoes, pasta, rice or anything else that is free on whichever plan your following). You need to use tha calculator/syns online if theres free food in it.
Other things that are exempt from a free food allowance include dried things, pastry/bakery items, a lot of junk food, shop-bought soups & sauces, err I think thats it, something else might come to me in a bit So these things you count at 1 syn per 20 calories.
Obviously there's nothing free on honey so thats how you calculate it
