2day's exercise: 20mins prenatal pilates this morning n 30min power walk at lunchtime. Didn't get an evenin exercise session in cos my folks came 4 a wee visit! :D

ok catch up from Fri: 20mins prenatal pilates n 20mins power walk at lunchtime

No exercise as such 4 2day I'm afraid as I'm 2 pregnant 2 horse ride now, last week was my last week til after the baby's born :cry: I'm off 2 my cousin's weddin party this evenin tho so there shud b sum dancing which I mite just log 2moro if I think it was energetic enuf! lol!

Ok so there was sum dancing on Sat nite but not enuf that I think I can get away wif countin it as exercise! lol! I didn't do any exercise on Sun cos I was over tired n hubby was hungover n needed lookin after! lol!

Back on track with 2day's exercise n it's feels good! :D: 40mins of prenatal pilates (20mins b4 n 20mins after work) n 30mins power walk at lunchtime

I know it's late in the month but I really want to join this topic! I've been needing a kick up the backside to get more regular gym sessions, so I'm on board for June definitely!

However, until the end of May my goal is to achieve 5 hours of exercise and one of them must be swimming!!

Hi hun, yer very welcome! I'm currently 29wks pregnant n tryin 2 stick 2 SW n exercise as much as poss 2 control pregnancy weight gain!

I'm beginin 2 get concerned that I mite not hit target this month tho since I'm not able 2 horse ride anymore - must try harder wif other exercise instead!!!

Wed: 40mins prenatal pilates (20mins b4 work n 20mins after), 30min power walk at lunchtime
Thurs: 40mins prenatal pilates (20mins b4 work n 20mins after), 30mins power walk at lunchtime
Fri: 40mins prenatal pilates (20mins b4 work n 20mins after)
Sat: No exercise as I spent the day lookin 4 a new car
2day: nothing yet but hopefully sumthin later on! lol! :)

2day's exercise: 40mins walk n 30mins of poss the worse prenatal exercise dvd ever! I will not b botherin wif it again - come back prenatal pilates all is forgiven! lol! :D

Well I was worried that I was cutting it a bit fine 4 hittin target this month but I'm thrilled 2 ave reached it this month again!! :happy036:
