Tuesday

Green day - I dont normally have 2 green days but i fancy sw chips tonight.

B: Weetabix crunchy bran (heb) little milk


L: Quiche (veg, and cheese hea), mushy peas. kethcup


D: 2 Quorn red onion burgers, cheese slices (hea), coleslaw, sw chips, pitta (heb)


Lemon sponge (1.5 - half today rest tom), spray cream 2

Hello hun

My loses are good but slower than last time i did SW, (bit older and having a baby doesnt help ;) )

Im going to try having 2 green days a week, to shake things up a bit...and ive also just discovered sw chips :D

Went a bit off plan and had a greek easter cake yesterday on top of my syns. No idea how many syns there are, but its Easter so i wanted to eat one!

I think you were fine with a few days off, you always do so well. I have a champagne evening off plan - can't say no to champagne can you??? ;-)

Have been busy with work so my diary visiting has been a bit rubbish recently. How are you Mia? xxx
