Lost another 1.5 at weigh in,was dreading it thought i put weight on.
Hoping to do a lot more walking this week and see if it makes a difference.:)
 
I have a confession to make,i have been eating smoked mackeral and didn't realise it was synned,that 'll teach me for not looking!
Also though hartleys fat free jelly was free oops,i will look online in future lol

Aww thanks,i thought i would never be able to do it,because i love my food!
But i'm finding it really good,and as you can see i am naughty and don't check syns lol i eat out sometimes,and have a few drinks.
