Have been searching through blogs on minimins since starting sw but only today bit the bullet and joined.
Here is my first food diary, I have had very slow losses, unsure whether this is due to having 12lb to go, eating too many carbs & not enough super free or not drinking enough water, will try and rectify all of these over the weeks.
Wednesday 12th March
B/fast
Muller light & 1/2 syn raspberry roulade = 1/2 syns
Lunch
Small/medium jacket potato with 28g cheese = HexA
Skinny cow icecream & fun size curly wurly = 4.5 + 3.5 syns
Dinner
Pasta and syn free tomato sauce = FREE
Muller light & 1/2 syn roulade = 1/2 syn
Handful of strawberries = SF
7 pints of water
Total
9 Syns + HexA
