My 12 steps to goal.........................

Out again shopping today so had Asda chick pea Dahl, 2 fried eggs, Bfree wrap (HXB) before I left.

Then when I was out I had a medium skinny sugar free caramel latte (HXA).

Came home & had broccoli, cauliflower, mushy peas & 2 Italian herb chicken breasts so hopefully have a loss tomorrow.

In work today & nowt to do!

Had a lovely sushi lunch from M&S for 3.5 syns so that was my wee sunday treat.

Finish at 4 so home for dinner & just to get ready for work again in the morning - boringggggggggggggggggggg!!!

Only 2lbs to lose to hit step 3!!! Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek - will defo be the new year now.

Cant wait to get started again in January once all these festivities are out of the way.

Right I am back after a few weeks of being AWOL - sorry!

It was my oh's birthday on the 23rd December & since then been out almost every weekend & the eating has just been terrible!!

Missed the last couple of WIs, was working OT on Saturday.

I have lost 14lbs still so still well on the way.

Hope you are all well & I promise not to disappear like this again - EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
