My 4lbs a month diary.............

:) Day 1 done!

Managed to stick to plan 100% apart from the 3 ferrero rocher that I scoffed while watching Sons of Anarchy but still came in at around 1200 calories.

Had like 3 cups of black coffee already & I need to wee!

I am full up.

They are passing around cakes, sweets & juice in work & I am like no thank youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

I really really hope so.

The challenge will be the weekend I seem to think thats an excuse to just eat everything in sight.

My weekend is a Friday & Saturday so hope the willpower sticks with me.

Had a slimfast shake for brekkie & sushi for lunch.

Just gonna have some black coffee.

Did have a chow mien instead of a curry so I made a better choice than I normally would have.

I knew when I was eating that stuff that I shouldnt be doin it.

I'm an optimist so I look at that as as a 66.66% pass rate! Plus Weekends are meant to enjoy yourself, don't be hard on yourself x

Its a positive start.

Went visiting family after work tonight & ended up starving.

Was sooooooo tempted to go for a KFC on my way home but instead came home & had a baked potato with beans.

Feel so much better today knowing that I didnt cave in last night to the KFC.

This morning I had my shake for brekkie, coffee & coke zero.

Will post another update later on & its WI day tomorrow.

Thank you my darlings.

Came home a but later than usual tonight & had 4 boiled eggs with salt & pepper for dinner.

Was so full after so never bothered with my shake.
