hi all well this is my restart im currently on the end of day 3 and going strong i plan to be 100% total solution until the 12th dec my 6 year anniversary and then back on 100% until christmas day ,
i weigh in daily so here are my results so far :
day1: start weight 11stone 13lb 4oz
day2: 11stone 9lb 0oz -4lb4oz
day3: 11stone 7lb 8oz 1lb7oz (-5lb 11oz)
finally back on the waggon after many many weeks of failing over and over again but feel like my heads in the right place this time hopefully be in the 10's by my 6year anniversary
