Hi everyone. I am working away and am now on to my 12th week of eating in restaurants. Over the last 12 weeks, I have put on over a stone! I normally do Slimming World but this doesn't work when eating out, so a friend suggested Weight Watchers.
I started on Thursday 14th May and have 42 points per day.
Here, I'm going to share my daily food and hopefully this will help anyone else in my position.
