Lunch- 2 light choice sausages, 2 hash browns, 1 egg, 1 slice seeded batch toast, tinned plum tomatoes and mushrooms

Had a bad food day today.. I'd say I've eaten around 1800 cals so it could've been much worse but at the same time it should have been much much better!

Mini mars ice cream

Today has been bad :confused: tmi but I came on today so it's been sugar sugar sugar

Tomorrow I'm starting my protein shakes and low carb dinners. . Lets hope I can shift some of this stonach fat x

Started a new job and have been doing 12 hour shifts... I'm tired lol.
Haven't weighed myself but doubt I've changed much, will weigh tomorrow morning as a guide.


Todays food..

Pitta bread
Cucumber
4 quorn nuggets
1 quorn sausage with a teaspoon of light mayo.


2 egg omelette
Cheese
Mushrooms
Butternut squash chips
 
Breakfast- Banana

Lunch- half a wholemeal wrap with chicken breast, light mayo mixed with curry powder and salad
Alpen light bar
Apple

Dinner- bowl of blueberry wheats cereal and semi skimmed milk
Small bottle of wine

Job is good.. lots of 12 hour shifts this week though which is tiring but get a day off Tuesday.. yay!

12 hr shifts are harsh yeah getting pretty nervous now just want to go to sleep now lol
 
Seen 9st 5 on the scales this morning!! Whoop. To be fair I'm not eating enough because I'm working so much.. trying to get back on the cc so I can lose it healthier than what I am now.
