Hi - was a bit of a disaster with mothers day and birthdays yesterday so now everything is all done and dusted am starting again today.

2 reduced fat sausages (2 syns), bacon, egg
Snack
SW Bacon quiche made with quark
Lunch
Chicken casserole for my flask at work - made with skinless chicken breast, red lentils, pototoes, green beans, carrots, oxo cube, ww nectarine yogurt
Snack
Have another small piece of quiche if peckish
Dinner
Birds eye salmon in herby sauce, potatoes, cauliflower and brussel sprouts
Syns - 1/2 bottle wine (12) and the 2 sausages for breakfast makes 14 in total
