I'm 17 weeks pregnant and now the sickness has gone i need to get into a better eating & exercise routine. It's not my intention to lose weight, just to keep any unnecessary gains to a minimum, so far i've gained 6lbs i'm now 9 st 10 lbs.
I'm going to +6pp on the days im counting so limit 32, and other days i'll mainly bw doing f&h. Also light exercise when i can
