My slimming world food diary <3

So today has been quite good besides my humous & rice cake binge :-/

Breakfast
Apple
Rice cake & humous

Dinner
Half a pack of cous cous
Rice cake humous

Tea
Sweet pot
Spanish chick pea

Healthy a&b- 30g cheese & ryvita minis
Syns- rice cake & humous & a bite if a snickers

2 litres of water & 4 green teas
 
Today's been good :)

Breakfast
Muller yogurt
Blackberries
2x apples

Dinner
Left over spanish chickpea
Jacket pot

Tea
Half an omelette with bacon (fat cut off) & sweet pot

Healthy a- forgot
Healthy b- ryvita minis

Syns- pack of revels

2 litres of water & 4 mango green teas
 
My syns have got a bit out of control the last 2 days :( I can't stop with the humous & rice cakes :((

I resisted the cake- feeling very happy with myself :) after a few naughty binges on humous & rice cakes & the revels iv decided no syns today or tomo. X

Exercise
5 k jog, been on lots of 20minute doggie walks this week.
 
Today....weighted myself this morning & it's saying I'm a lb heavier :( Iv been really good apart from the humous & rice cake scenario :-/

After weighing on Tuesday I have failed to post on my food diary...feeling a bit off track after sts at weighing :( so going to start again...

Couple spoons of rice, was craving something sweet for tea hence the 2x go ahead thins

Healthy b- 1 slice of wm bread

4x rice cakes & humous
3x green tea
2 litres of water
 
So today I met a friend at a coffee house where I would usually have a drink & cherry scone. I resisted whilst my friend tucked into her scone with jam & cream and a latte!

Sweet pot & onion omelette

Healthy a- 30g cheese
Healthy b- 2x wm toast

Syns- go ahead thins= 7
Syns- choc drops=3
3x mango green tea

Feel so hungry today don't think it helps that I was up at 6 am- weighing day on Tuesday :-/
