Got these to try on slimming world. They are brilliant and are from 1.5 to 3 syns depending on which flavour you choose. Little black boxes with dry noodles and a dry sauce mix, which can only get from Asda at 89p though I havent tried Sainsburys to see if they do them. Hoisin, Sweet Chilli Chicken, Chow Mien, teriyaki and Singapore flavours. Get loads of noodles as they look a small dish. 
Make by boiling water in Wok, add noodles and simmer and few sprays of fry light to thicken the sauce. Says add cooked chicken, meat, fish and vegetables. Is brilliant on a Green day by adding veg or EE. Give them a try!!
