Hi everyone, ive been on a diet whether it was weight watchers or slimming world since 2008. I've been got down to target weight 3 times now after gaining weight but im currently sat 1st 9lb out of target and i just cant find the motivation to get back on track with good eating. I seem to have a good week followed by 2 bad weeks, i know what im doing on the bad weeks as well i just cant control myself, its actually getting rather depressing that my belly is that bloated i look pregnant and all my clothes are that tight i look ridiculous. Is there anybody else here the same? I seriously need to get my head in gear and lose this weight, im not happy and definitely not prepared to buy bigger clothes:sign0009::gen147:
