Long Story cut short. Have been on every diet under the sun, from Atkins to Cambridge and loads of faddy ones. I'm good at losing the weight, but also brilliant at regaining it I lost 6 stones (a stone is 14lbs) with Slimming World and regained it rapidly. S.W. is excellent, but I couldn't do it for life. I'm working with my doctor. NO DIET! he said, just love yourself and don't go at it too hard. 2lbs a week. No food is bad food if you eat it in moderation So we here we go
