Started slimming world again 2 weeks ago and have lost 4lbs so far making me 10 stone. I dont go to the meetings so me and my friends are doing it together. We do boxing twice a week with a 2 mile jog afterwards and street dance on a weds. Cant really remember what hea or heb list was so bare with me and please correct me if i am not syning correctly!

Meals for today:

Breakfast: Mullerlight peach and pineapple (free)
Lunch: 2 slices of wholemeal bread (he??) with spaghetti hoops (free?), mullerlight (free) and banana
Dinner: home made burgers, lean pork mince mixed with paprika, chilli and garlic, potatoes and salad.

Exercise: Boxing for 1 hour

Im doing EE as well.
