Not sure if it has been posted here before but I found a great recipe for cruise PV days, you can adjust the recipe to your tastes.
Basically it is mince which ever meat you prefer I tried 5%beef but have turkey breast to try this week! you dry fry it set it aside then stir fry a pack of stir fry or chop your own veg then add flavourings soy ( I use tamarin as I need to be gluten free but it has less salt) vinegar garlic ginger hot sauce seasonings whatever you like then add the mince back in quick easy & tasty!
