I like what I have read about this program. Basically it boils down to using quality of calories, as opposed to restricting calorie intake. This makes it easy to stick with as you don't go hungry. It also advocates activity (exercise) to boost metabolism, and support to keep motivation levels high. From the results you are all seeing, it looks like it works very well.
