Hi all, I am wanting to try the 5:2 diet along side slimming world. Has anyone done this? (Would be interested to hear your losses)
Tomorrow is my first day and this is what my menu looks like
Breakfast- 100g cherries (52) and a yogurt (51)
Lunch- 2x slices of wholemeal bread from a 400g loaf (102) and 1/4 of a pack quorn chicken slices (31)
Dinner- weight watchers meal (199)
600ml of Pepsi max (3)
Total- 438kcals
I have 62kcals left over, do I HAVE to use them? Am I allowed to snack on things throughout the day to use them up?
