I have been doing lighterlife for one week and deciddd to try the sns plan only because there is more variety. Today is my first day and so far so good. Quite night I had the chocolate porridge which I enjoyed and then I had beef curry noodles for lunch wasn’t too bad but not great either. But still was nice and filling.
So far in one week I have lost 8lb. Pleased with my first weeks result.
Still a long weigh to go lol
I have 5 to 6 stone to lose.
I’m training myself not to have any food packs after 6pm to get my body used to that when I do go back on normal food. I don’t want to eat too late in the evening or night.
I am 5 weeks in to not smoking too and I have had no craving what so ever for a smoke.
