Hi Im new. any vegans who can give me any tips on doing slimming world? Im doing plan from home and would appreciate any encouragement from anyone who doing it from home too. Many thanks
I followed slimming world as a vegan last year (just veggie now), i did all green days and found it easy to follow and stick to. Soya milk and cheese count as healthy extra A's and i remember eating a lot of scrambled tofu! You can also have tahini as a healthy extra B on green plan and i often used nuts and seeds as a B choice.
Some of the realeat products are free; chicken style pieces definitely are. Frys sausages are free too.
