Well, here we are at the last day of the challenge and I have, yet again failed miserably I've been weighed today and have put on 3lb, on the bright side though it could have been so much worse!!

I know it's ok, just a bit disappointed thats all, I keep losing and gaining the same 3-4lbs and ending up back in the same place again!

I'm feeling positive and motivated now though...I WILL get back to my target

Hi all, I also failed this challenge lost 3.5lbs rather than 7, whoops!! Suppose it was still in the right direction hey?!?!
