I am starting this in the next few days, going to Pharmacy tomorrow to collect my first week
any words of encouragement or what to expect would be great.
Hi, well first off good luck on your journey.
Tips.. Be focused on your goals and take each day as a step towards your goal.
BE kind to yourself. Seek happiness with other things like hobbies friends.
Log on to here when you have a bad day.
Look at non scale victories as they are often bigger than the scale ones.
Take measurements before and before pictures.
Be realistic about your targets.
Keep your water up and keep an eye in bowel movements.
Chocolate and vanilla shakes are nice hot with sweetners.
Flapjacks taste like cardboard.
First few days are tough.
Know that hunger pangs arw also signs your thirsty.
If you break it at all, you are only giving yourself more work..
Use this time to figure out how you got to your current weight and learn about your food triggers.
Start a diary to rant moan and praise.
I'm sure I'll think of more later ha
