Hi everyone in starting exante today, I have 3.5 stone to lose and I am doing 100 days no cheating! Want to lose as much as possible
Thank you.. What was your starting & end weight? Do you think I will help have a planned day off/ cheat meal?
I'm a lilttle unsure as to how this works! I'd like to have a day to day diary, do I just keep replying to this thread?!
Really feel like having a binge right now as feeling stressed! Going to try and stay strong!

I forgot how hard a vcld diet is, been doing really well and caved in having 2 packets of crisps and 2 yogurts feeling really crap now as was hoping to not cheat!!! Will weigh my self in the morning and see what th e damage is and also try and stay focused Sent from my iPhone using MiniMins
