I have been following ww for a week and lost 3lbs. I have been crash dieting & bingeing for years & my weight has been yoyo-ing but I really want to do it for good this time & ww is so flexible that I'm sure I'll get there.
I do track my food on the app but I'm the only person who sees it so I thought I'd start a food diary so I'm less likely to cheat!
My weigh in day is Friday so I'll start with yesterday (19/09/14)
Breakfast:
Banana (0)
Milk (1)
Lunch:
WW chicken tikka masala & rice (9)
Dinner:
2 slices of toasted wholemeal nimble, spread & honey (8 )
Snacks:
WW Jaffa cake bar (2)
WW caramel wafer (2)
WW ginger & lemon cookies (2)
WW double choc cookies (2)
(Having a bad & hormonal day!!! :-0 needed a major sugar fix!!!!)
