So today was my first day back on my diet (err well nearly)
weight this morning was 11 stone which means I have maintained the same weight for a month without trying
breakfast: 1 eat smart sausage in a brown roll with low fat spread and ketchup and a cup of tea
missed lunch but ended up going to the pub and having half a cocktail pitcher (bacardi, tropical juice, orange juice)
Dinner: made fish and chips from a reciepe I found on Slimming Worlds webpage and a glass of coke max
Cup of tea a low fat cerel bar and a pack of low fat crisps
I'm totally starving right now but don't want to eat anything
is what i ate today okay aprt from the cocktails as i know that was bad
